Uglyhead

Our little “Izzy-busy” is three years old today! That’s one of my nicknames for her because she is always on the go. Soon after she was born the nurses took Isabel to the nursery to do all of the customary clean-up and tests. When they brought her back some four hours later the nurse said that Isabel had not slept and was active the entire time! She has been that way ever since.

This morning Isabel ran into our bedroom and said, “I’m not two. I’m three!” Our plans for the day include dinner with Uncle Bert and Aunt K. The menu, at Izzy’s request, is turkey and asparagus. I will be sure to post some pictures of the festivities later this evening.
