Ethan’s Baptism

Ethan was baptized this past Sunday. Photos have been uploaded to our Flickr account. I also posted some thoughts on baptism on my personal blog.

The gown Ethan is wearing is the same one that Aidan and Isabel wore for their baptisms. We had the names and baptism dates of both embroidered in the liner of the gown. We hope to someday see it used for our grandchildren’s baptisms. “For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself” (Acts 2:39).
