In case you have been trying to call Pam for the last few weeks and have been getting nowhere, then you will be glad to know that she now has a new phone. If ever there was a time to lose one’s phone, it was right when we were shopping for a better wireless plan. In the end we stayed with Sprint. It is amazing what kind of a deal that customer loyalty, courtesy and a little negotiation skills can get you. We now have more than double the minutes for about 40% less cost, along with deeply discounted new phones. Sure, we had to sign a new contract, but I have resigned myself to the fact that I *need* a mobile.
