The honor of first official Kennedy family cold of the 2005 Fall & Winter Cold Season goes to me. It started a few days ago in my head and has made its way down into my chest, where I expect it to linger for weeks on end. I guess I should not have ridden my bike to work on Tuesday morning. I was sorely underdressed. Forty-five degrees feels like freezing temperatures when you are going 28 mph on a bicycle.

May I suggest Coldeez? It comes in many varieties…lozenges, lollipops and now even gum. Good stuff! It helped me out recently. Of course, if the cold has set in, it only helps shorten the duration. If the cold is coming on, however, it can help chase it away! Stock up the medicine cabinet!
I picked up some of those SudaCare shower tabs last night. I’m going to go give ‘em a try now between football games. I’ll have to check out the Coldeez, too.
